thanks for all the replies. It turned out the list was just slow.

I am placing complete address info at the message bottom - forgot to

do it in my first message.

My control is indeed associated more with local factors, they seem

to be not good enough to make themselves transparent and thus are annoying.

Oh like it or not the fact is that recently one of the headlines was

that in Europe also (after this was a fact in the US) legal actions

were taken to record _all_ the Internet traffic for 7 years back.

After all, Orwell wrote 1984, not 2001...
