Diving Operations and Posting

I am looking for controls/procedures/etc. for nuclear diving operations

(spent fuel pool, reactor cavity, fuel transfer canal).  Specifically, how

do you post it?  If you are diving in the SFP, do you post for the dive

area proper, or for "accessible" areas or the for the highest dose rates in

the SFP?  What other controls do you use (allow only so much tether,

beacons?, etc.)  Thanks!
