As long as the precious pearls that drip from the lips of David Lochbaum sully my email, I am going to rant about it.


You know, I don't even read this garbage any more because I can already tell what it is going to say.  NRC did everything wrong again.  Or if it's DOE, DOE did everything wrong again.  Lochbaum and Co. treat  NRC and DOE like a dog that, no matter what it does, gets kicked anyway.  It sits up, it rolls over, it fetches, it barks on command -- no matter, it just gets the same vicious kick.


Once again Lochbaum had nothing constructive to say.  All he did was play the same old "blame NRC, blame NRC, no matter what's wrong, blame NRC" game.  And as long as this claptrap gets put up on RADSAFE I am going to make this kind of response.


I think UCS and Lochbaum are phonies.  I don't think they have any real concern, and precious little real knowledge.  They seem to get their jollies from nitpicking .  They have gone on with this so vociferously and so long that no knowledgeable person, except the sacred-to-death bureaucrats, pays much attention.
