I wonder if it is a solution at all. They have suicide humans!

If they really want to spread the infection - and have that powder - just

consider how more efficient they could be ... I wish I had a viable

solution to offer. And I wish I knew who is behind all this ... The first

terrorist acts which gained public support for the authorities I remember

were those in Russia, not so long ago.
