Career anti-nuclear activist Marvin Resnikoff (along with his self-styled

"Radioactive Waste Campaign RWC)") has the distinction of having had his

work condemned by both the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) and the

National Council on Radiation Protection and Measurements (NCRP). See, for

example, NCRP Commentary No. 5, July 1989.
