Export of Sealed Source devices Outside the USA

Hi-

Can anyone direct me to a good source of regulatory information which would cover the transfer of fairly small Sealed Sources (Co57,Cd109,Fe55,Am241 10-15 millicurie) from the US to customers in the EU, China, Japan, & ROW?  We're licensed and in compliance with the NRC regs,  but I've had a lot of trouble finding out what the importation rules are for non-USA destinations.

Most of what I've found on the 'net is in the local languages, and Mandarin isn't going to help me much....
