Credentials

Since RADSAFE has had the privilege of following the ongoing discussion

between Jim Nelson and Jim Dukelow, I don't feel that it's inappropriate to

request Mr. Nelson to give us his own  bona fides (credentials).



Mr. Dukelow has readily done this, and thus established his credibility to

participate in this debate.  Mr. Nelson should follow suit.
