NCRP 126 did not ignore the British radiologist study (see page 145) or the NSWS study (see page 196).  I would suggest that you read the report.  May be you should not continue to cite them as being evidence that "radiation is an essential trace energy."

The recent  NCRP Report No. 136 on LNT ignored both the British radiologists study and the nuclear shipyard worker study (NSWS).  . . .
