I am accustomed to accessing the NRC's Registry of Sealed Sources and
Devices at http://www.hsrd.ornl.gov/nrc/ssdr/ssdrindx.htm but
today I find that a user name and password are required, which have never been
required before. Can anybody tell me what's happening?
