Would have to go with the aluminum wiring first.  That is the greatest IDLH

hazard.  Non friable asbestos won't hurt you unless you eat it. And my jury

is out on the dangers of radon, strongly leaning toward acquittal of the

defendant.  Unfortunately I need to present the official stance in my

classes and can only speak of different ideas to trainee's during

"non-class" sessions

If they smoked, I would say that is a greater risk than all of the potential



hazards below you bring up.
