You have a very queer name. I never heard a first name "Rad" nor a second

name "health". Please enlighten me, that I as a silly European simply have

not followed the last development in the USA.

You do not either disclose your idendity in your messages. Furthermore it

seems to me very difficult to find out from your postings, what your real

goal is.

Maybe you could clarify who you are and what you want to communicate to

RADSAFE a little more clearly - understandable even for stupid Europeans.
