Your response doesn't address my comment.  My comment, ONE MORE TIME, was simply, only, not very complicated, that census data undercounts poor people BUT DOES NOT UNDERCOUNT BY 80%. THAT'S ALL I SAID!  ALL!  NOT MORE THAN THAT!
