Y-90 is a decay product of Sr-90 and therefore a fission product. Y-90m
comes from either Rb-87 (an alpha,n reaction), Nb-93 (a n,alpha reaction) or
Y-89 (by either an n,gamma or a p,n reaction) and is therefore an
activation, not a fission product.
