Report to Congress about 10CFR35

Hi Folks



The Society of Nuclear Medicine (SNM) and the American College of Nuclear Physicians (ACNP) pressed Congress for legislation asking the NRC not implement certain aspects of the new 10 CFR Part 35 until they submitted a report to Congress addressing the SNM and ACNP concerns about the new regulations. The NRC has submitted its report to Congress.  A copy of the report in PDF format has been made available by the ISU Radiation Information Network website:
