Planchet Standards & Used/Surplus Instruments

Can anyone recommend a manufacturer other than IPL or NASI?  Particularly, I'm looking for an I-129 source.



Also, a long time ago someone mentioned a site for instruments, the URL for which was something including "drt4", or the like.  Does that ring a bell?

I'd also be interested in other such sites, but *not* those of major manufacturers.  Thanks in advance.
