construction costs

I am looking for someone who has a ballpark idea of the construction

costs involved with adding lead shielding and a control booth to a

small existing room [~12x12x10]. This is for a diagnostic xray

room, no shielding needed in floor or ceiling, standard 1/16 inch

lead and installation of a control booth. Of course there will be

large variation with exact size of room, how the room is finished,

etc. etc. I am just looking for a QUICK ballpark figure. $5,000,

$10,000???

Or would I be better off with that old adage that the cost of

a project is 1/3 materials and 2/3 labor? Should I figure out

the cost of the needed number of leaded wall boards and multiple

 by 3???

Any thoughts would be most appreciated.
