Thank you for your comment. Up till now, most of what I've seen on 

Radsafe is the typical "engineering away" the significance of the 

problem. There is a problem, and, it is not a small one. Instead of 

trying to deem it less of an issue that it is, the discussion should 

center on mitigation and prevention of recurrence.
