RE: RESRAD and Windows XP Compatibility

I've noticed that several programs I've looked at recently have Windows XP incompatibilities specified.

If a code was compiled for a particular platform (e.g., Windows 2000, Windows NT) it may very well not run on a different newer platform.  I am not surprised that RESRAD doesn't run under XP -- I wouldn't expect it to.  RISKIND 1.1 doesn't run under Windows 2000.
