negative! Certainly, you can show that killing thousands of people would be
highly improbable. However, to an innumerate public, failure to prove that a
given consequence is absolutely impossible only shows that---

false statements are harmful, but failing to respond with the correct info
makes them much more so. And we're still doing it. Have you seen
ANY simple published statement to the effect that you can't kill tens of
