Re: Proposed Uranium drinking water standard



Jim, Would you mind submitting a brief to Radsafe describing the basis of the lawsuit and how and where it was filed.  My interest is not only in regards to this issue, but also in understanding the process of challenging the EPA and others.

And the petitioners brief in the lawsuit challenging this junk is scheduled
for May 20, with EPA having 90 days to respond, followed by rebuttal
filings. :-)
