Life expectancy
Life expectancy is defined as age at death.  It actually INCREASES 
with advancing age.  Think about it.  For US males, life expectancy 
at birth is about 75 years (I didn't look this up, but this is 
approximately correct.).  A male age 75 will, on average, live a 
few more years.  Thus his life expectancy has increased.  If he 
survives to 80, it will increase further.  And so on...
What decreases with age is remaining life span.  Obviously, a male 
age 75 will not have as many years remaining as a 30-year-old.
