Does anyone know of a website link or any
other resource that summarizes actual radiation cleanup standards at EPA
Superfund radiologically contaminated sites. I would like to know how many
sites have RODs, and/or have completed cleanup, using risk goals of 10-6, 10-5,
10-4 or dose goals of 15 mrem/y or 25 mrem/y.
A report by ITRC ( http://www.itrcweb.org/user/RAD-2.pdf ) summarizes 12
sites (8 of which are major DOE facilities and Superfund sites) who all seem to
be using 15 to 25 mrem/y goals. I am interested in any EPA sites, reports
etc. that give a more comprehensive summary.
