Weisgall, Naval Inst Press, 1994.  415pp, 21pp refs, 38pp photos and

drawings.



He spent years on the book, foreword by Seaborg, jacket blurbs by Bennett

Johnston, Harrison Salisbury, Dick Rhodes, et al.



Weisgall has been legal counsel for the people of Bikini since 1975.  I

think he still lives in Bethesda.



Another source is Barton C. Hacker, author of "The Dragon's Tail:Radiation

Safety in the Manhattan Project, 1942-46," UCal Press, 1987.



Bart is still around, gives occasional reports and is an active member of

SHOT (Soc for History of Technology).
