In vivo induced currents from magnetic fields.

Would anyone have any comments on the following,

Statutory authorities often legislate for maximum of ELF magnetic fields at either 50 or 60 hz. Some frequencies of interest are bracketed in the 0 -300 hz range. This range does not cover the ripple frequency of high power full wave rectified 10 kAmp electrolysis systems used for commercial production of chlorine or the production/purification of metals. The ripple frequency of a 50 hz three phase full wave rectified phase shifted 12 pulse system  is  600 hz. The ripple field would be a small fraction of the static field.  I would like to know the following.  What magnetic field strength limit should be applied when

1 A person task is such that he/she will remain stationary in one position and only be effected by currents induced by the ripple frequency?

2 The task is such that the person is walking through the intense static field at 1 metre per second.

What level of static field strength becomes biologically significant when a person is required to continually walk through the field.

Yours Faithfully,
