Hiring Bonus Offered

Safety and Ecology Corporation is in need of approximately ten (10) Senior

RCTs for the Paducah and Portsmouth Gaseous Diffusion Plants.



These positions offer many incentives that include but are not limited to

the following:

*  $1000.00 to $2500.00 sign on bonus**

*  Incentive bonuses two times per year

Requirements:

*  ANSI 3.1 Qualified (at least three years or more of technician

experience)

*  Current DOE Core Card

*  Current 40 Hour HAZWOPER / 8 Hour Refresher

*  Ability to pass physical and drug screening



** The sign on bonus is only a temporary incentive that may not be offered

at a later date.  In order to be eligible to receive the $2500.00 sign on

bonus, you must be able to report to work at either of the sites listed

above on or before August 26, 2002.  If your report date is later than

August 26, 2002, the sign on bonus will be reduced to $1000.00 while still

being offered.  You must stay at least six (6) months on the project to

avoid paying back the entire initial sign on bonus.  Please note that SEC

encourages employees to give their current employer a two week notice.
