For therapies, our iodine comes in pre-calibrated at either 5mCi/ml or 25mCi/ml... so could be 10 Ci or 50 Ci. But who knows.....

.....I noticed that gaffe about the size of the shipment too -- maybe it was 2 kg of solution containing << 1 Ci of I-131 ? ....what's a typical shipment size ?
