Bentonite is a swelling clay.  It works by adsorbing cations,

incorporating them into its structure, which is a layered lattice with

many open sites.  I expect it would work for Cs as well as Na and K,

though it's non-specific.  Bentonite is otherwise inert and passes

through the digestive tract.
