Stéphane--While not an official MSDS, there is plenty of UF6 info (including
exposure scenario development, which seems to be your primary interest)

See especially chapter 4 of the programmatic EIS. Based on my experience at
the Paducah GDP, your primary planning concern is acute pulmonary tissue
destruction via inhaled HF aerosols produced when UF6 reacts with moisture
in ambient air.
