"Lax" security by whose definition??? It certainly wasn't lax the last time I visited one of those facilities. Of course, they may have targeted me specially because I was wearing a suspicious-looking USAF uniform. Also, if a terrorist can "QUICKLY make an atomic bomb" we really need to catch him/her (and HIRE them, as our own specialists cannot do that!). We all need to respond to such propaganda whether coming from Congress or from some effective organization! Ed
