Master-Slave Telemanipulator Specialist



Tyco Healthcare/Mallinckrodt has an immediate opening at their

radiopharmaceutical manufacturing facility (St. Louis, Missouri) for a

Manipulator Repair Specialist. The manipulators are used in radioactive

processing hotcells.



Typical duties include disassembling, inspecting, repairing, and

reassembling manipulators. The selected candidate will be responsible for

performing PM's on manipulators and completing emergency manipulator

repairs. Additionally, the selected individual will be responsible for

maintaining manipulator spare part inventory and providing training to site

personnel.



Qualifications include: High School graduate, 5 years of manipulator repair

experience (Central ResearchTM Model 7, G and H preferred), and strong

mechanical aptitude. Selected candidate must be able to operate basic and

advanced machine shop equipment.
