LIMERICK - When
lights and sirens start going off in the room controlling operations of a
nuclear reactor, there isn't time for panic.
If nothing else has been
learned in the storied and controversial history of nuclear power, it's
that panic, confusion and uncertainty have no place in an emergency,
because any of those emotions can be the difference between a smooth
resolution and absolute disaster.
