One hospital was sued when a loose collimator fell off of a portable

x-ray machine and killed the patient below.



What about misdiagnosis from an under or over exposed radiograph.  Or

due to not finding a misfiled radiograph. - or something such as that.



ANYTHING goes wrong to someone who passed through and attorneys will

find a way to say it happened there!
