RE: Bond (R-MO) Amendments to Energy Bill

	I just attended a seminar this morning describing production of

99mTc by irradiation of 98Mo, foolowed by extraction, at the IRT-T

research reactor in Tomsk, Russia by Vladimir Golovkov. Apparently by

using the fast neutron flux, the effective cross section is 5 times higher

than that at thermal. They are supplying hospitals routinely.
