OOPS



Not much accountability at GAO when the Highlights photo claimed to be

carrying spent fuel is really a Yankee Rowe Steam Generator on the way to

the Hoosic Tunnel railroad siding circa 1994.  I suppose even GAO is

susceptible to human errors.  Maybe NEI supplied it with the caption, then

it would be a latent error.
