Re: transportation event



I agree.  A failure rate of 1-10 per day is

unacceptable.  That is why this is event is raising

such interest.  I bet if you search the NRC and

Agreement States records, you will find less than one

incident like this a month.  



In all honesty, I can't find anything in the ADAMS

database.
