While it may be true that

One can argue that it is easier (faster and cheaper) to make a weapon of

mass destruction using the infrastructure of a pharmaceutical or food

processing facility.

(chemical and biological weapons).

If we want to talk about explosive weapons, then it is even easier to make

one out of fertilizer and diesel fuel.

Perhaps we should ban sectors of our agricultural and health care

industries.
