Concrete Scabbling on FUSRAP projects

We are trying to locate any USACE Fusrap projects in which concrete 

scabbling was used SUCCESSFULLY as a decon method for free release.   We 

feel it would be significantly cheaper than removing and disposing of 10 

inch thick concrete floors but would like to be able to cite some 

projects where the USACE used it.  They (the USACE) have completed the 

RI and FS for one of our facilities and are rapidly approaching issuing 

the ROD but scabbling of the concrete was not evaluated.  



Any help that can be provided would be appreciated.  Feel free to reply 

off line if you feel this is not appropriate subject matter.
