New RDD Report
I just finished reading the report from the National Defense University.
Joby Warrick must have been reading a different report. How did he miss the
recommendation to raise the residual contamination limits by a factor of
ten? Or the statement " It is likely that very few Americans will be
killed directly, suffer radiation sickness, or even a measurably increased
risk of cancer from an attack, although casualties will be greater if the
terrorists have a good understanding of how to disperse the agent."
