Re: I-125 Seeds



We use the North American Scientific I-125 and Pd-103 seeds for Prostate

brachytherapy - www.nasi.net. I-125 is encased in a titanium capsule so

there is no biological removal. The effective half-life is therefore the

physical half-life of approximately 59 days.
