I think you're right.  There could be some good captions developed for that 

picture.



Some of the lame ones - I'm really good at lame one - might be:



- "By George, Larry, Moe is getting those winky treatments he told us 

about!"



- "We're living proof continual low doses of radiation never hurt anyone."



- "You ate WHAT?!"



- John Kerry proposes to send his hand-picked expert team to prove once and 

for all there are no WMD in Iraq.
