Kahn's sale to Lybia, N Korea and Iran of nuclear capability makes the Iraq

and Al Queda use likely - if not stopped.  Saddam's murder of 60,000 /year

also makes Iraqui Freedom the most beneficial war in history.



Pertinent to this list, Iraqui Freedom also makes HP training and deployment

for mitigation of disaster, less necessary.
