EPA ANPR on Disposal options for Low Activity Waste

I just wanted to alert Radsafers to the fact that the EPA extended their 

comment period on the November 18, 2003 ANPR, "Approaches to an Integrated 

Framework for Management and Disposal of Low-Activity Radioactive Waste" to May 17, 

2004.



For national HPS members, logging into the members only section, and clicking 

on "What's New," then "News and Activities," then "Legislative Action Center" 

will provide you with information on the rulemaking, and an option to provide 

comments.
