Book on Cosmic Radiation

Hello,



I am looking for a relatively recent book that discusses the sources and 

measurement of cosmic radiation.  I came across it in the last few years 

(2001 or later I believe), but I can't recall its title or author.  Despite 

these vague clues, can anyone help me out with suggestions for such a book?
