Chernobyl Forum Focuses on Clarifying Health,
Environmental Effects 16 April 2004 | People near the
Chernobyl site in Ukraine still live with wildly
varying reports about the 1986 accident's impact on
their families' future health and environment. The
IAEA has initiated a Chernobyl Forum to clarify the
facts about the accident's radiological consequences.
