Similar case in Florida: Dice with certain 'dots' painted with a Sr tainted

colorant.



Purpose is to 'cheat' at Hi-Lo: roll the dice under a cover ( on a disk

shaped base) : bet on sum of numbers being above / below a certain value (

plus bets on 'exact sum'; number of, say 5's, etc ).



If base is actuallty a radiation sensor, I, holding the 'base' have an edge

on all other wagerers.
