RE: packaging question

Jay,

Are you at Fernald? If not, they are the ones to ask about UF6 cylinders. They found some of them in one of their excavations a few years back. Ask them how they shipped them.

Subject: packaging question

Need advice of any UF6 shippers out there. We have a couple UF6 cylinders that are causing me a huge headache as far as determining the proper packaging. The vendor I'm working with is doing research also, I just thought I'd check out here to see if there were any experts:) If you have experience, please shoot me an email.

Also, supposing the worst case scenario and we actually have to use a 20-PF1 container, does anyone have one they would be willing to loan out for a week?? :)

Thanks to any and all who can reply.

Jay
