Re: Happy "Too Cheap To Meter" day!



Back in the early '90's, I lived in an apartment where the electricity was 

too cheap to meter.  I suspect at least tens of millions of others still do 

so today.  :-)  It wasn't free, and the tenants paid for it, but it WAS too 

cheap to meter.
