MOX fuel and Lawyers
I have had a request from a dear friend from my graduating class in law
school. She is coaching the Loyola Jessup Moot Court team, which will compete in
an international competition sometime this school year.
The problem presented to the participants happens to involve a "spill" of
MOX fuel in the waters off the coast of the fictional country of Raglan. The
"problem" can be viewed in its entirety at:

I am no expert in the nuclear fuel cycle, let alone on MOX fuel, and was
wondering, if I might find a couple of interested persons to read through the
problem, and assist in providing some technical advice to the debate coaches.
Please respond to me personally, so as not to clog the list.
Thanks,
