As 2004 draws to a close, I draw to the end of my fourth year as

moderator. It has been a distinct honor to serve all of you in this

but for various reasons (new commitments to the ABHP, more travel, and
new computer-related projects at Vanderbilt), I believe that it is

for me to move on and yield the supervision of the list to someone
