There is no area on earth that is completely devoid of all risk

       or danger.

I wonder what is so special about Rocky Flats as to justify

       special

       warnings.

I can envision visitors to the Grand Canyon signing a consent

       form

       acknowledging

the dangers of falling over the edge.
